Distance Sales Agreement

Service and price

The service is a live, online training program sold on nookacademy.com. The program name, duration, content and total price including all taxes are shown on the checkout page and in the order summary. Where prices are shown in a foreign currency, payment is collected in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of Türkiye selling rate on the payment date, and the TRY amount is shown on the payment screen.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made by credit/debit card through PayTR, in full or in instalments where the card allows. Once payment is approved, the program is added to Student Dashboard › My courses, where the schedule, live class link and materials are shared, along with your registered email.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started with your consent before the withdrawal period ends (i.e. the first class has taken place). Complaints

You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: the seller named above. Buyer: the registered member placing the order on nookacademy.com, with the details provided at checkout.

2. Subject

The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the training service purchased electronically on nookacademy.com, under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service and price

As stated in the order summary and order confirmation email, which form an integral part of this agreement.

4. General terms

  1. The buyer confirms having read the preliminary information form and accepted it electronically.
  2. After payment approval the seller grants access in the buyer’s dashboard and delivers the program according to the announced schedule; any mandatory schedule change is notified by email.
  3. Class links, recordings and materials are personal and may not be shared, recorded, copied or used commercially.
  4. If the seller cannot open or cancels a program, the full amount is refunded to the card used within 14 days.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

As described above and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy; refunds are made to the card used within 14 days of the notice.

6. Personal data

Processed under the Privacy Policy.

7. Jurisdiction and effect

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent. The agreement takes effect when the buyer accepts it electronically at checkout; a copy is emailed to the buyer and available in the dashboard.
